Most U.S. orders ship complimentary. You will receive tracking once the pair leaves our San Francisco fulfillment partner. International timing varies by carrier.

Fit

BirdiesE shoes are built on a comfort last with a 7-layer stack. If you are between sizes, many customers size down a half size in loafers. See the Size Guide for silhouette notes.

Returns

Unworn pairs in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our fit guarantee. Start a return from the Refund Policy page or email [email protected].

Care

Spot-clean velvet and suede with a soft brush. Avoid soaking. Store with the included stuffing so the upper keeps its shape.
