BirdiesE offers a 30-day fit guarantee on unworn pairs returned in original packaging. Start the process by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection. Sale or final-sale items are called out on the product page. Return shipping within the U.S. is complimentary on eligible orders; international return postage is the customer’s unless we sent the wrong size.
